Transitional Social Group.

Please be aware our weekly groups are suspended until further notice due to the current COVID-19 situation.

Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

This Project is for 18-25 year old young adults, living within the Fylde and Wyre area, who have an additional needs and/or disability. The group allows them the meet up with fellow peers/friends to socialise within the local community. Outings are planned by the young adults that attend, giving them independence and responsibility. Popular activities are: meals out, ten pin bowling, pub quizzes and the cinema.

Session days and times vary. Cost: £5.00 per session
